10 years ago another brewer said I HAD to watch this new show Game of Thrones so I watched it and was hooked like the rest of the world. DJ who is not a fan of violence opted not to watch it.
Fast forward 10 years and I am watching GOT with my daughter in law and am on Season 7. DJ was multi tasking and realized . . . hmmmmm .. . . interesting and fascinating show.
SO - she is now binging on GOT and we have foregone actual life an in the last 2 days I have watched 7 episodes of season one and she is crazed wanting MORE MORE I NEED MORE!!
MEANWHILE - a prequel is in the works set 1000 years before GOT. Staring Naomi Watts and Josh Whitehouse will reveal the “horrifying secrets of Westeros’ history” and “the true origin of the White Walkers.”

The congressional generic ballot based on polls that ask people which party they would support in an election has seen a long, slow and very very steady decline for the Republicans.
In 2018 the generic poll had Democrats winning 50.7 to 42.0. At this point in 2017 the Blue was winning 46 to 38%

Seems the bond market is flashing recession warnings. Inverted yield curve. There have been 5 inversions of the 2 and 10 year yields since 1978 and all were precursors to a recession. The last one was in 2005. We can expect a recession in the next 6 to 18 months. NFL owners are betting on 6 months and want to get the contracts with the Union done BEFORE the recession hits.
