The problem is that Google collects information when you use the Google toolbar, gmail, or now...Chrome. I get spam directly related to sites I visit in my gmail account. It's just kind of like Big Brother on the net when you deal with Google.
And the difference with this EULA is that it goes beyond the normal EULA in their rights to anything you post or send using that browser. Kinda makes me want to get rid of my gmail, actually....
